Ultrasonic soldering iron, also known as ultrasonic tinning machine, ultrasonic soldering machine, can solder metal and non-metallic materials without flux by using the cavitation effect of ultrasound. The biggest difference from ordinary soldering iron is that for materials that are difficult to tin, it can directly solder glass, ceramics, titanium alloys, stainless steel, molybdenum alloys and other materials without metallization of glass and ceramics, which greatly simplifies the process and reduces costs.
1. The output power of the oscillator can reach 70W even under high stress load
2. Two oscillator power switches: foot switch and standard manual switch
3. Due to the automatic frequency adjustment function, the power load changes that occur during welding
4. It will not affect the overall reliability of the bonding solder
5. The solder temperature can be quickly adjusted and increased by continuously monitoring the temperature of the welding head
6. Standardized temperature and oscillation output power, temperature and oscillation can be controlled through the local area network
7. Small and compact design allows easy replacement of workstations
