1. Tuning of ultrasonic generator:
Complete the tuning step by lightly touching the test switch and the left and right arming knobs to ensure that the current indicated by the load is minimum.
Adjust the generator output voltage to achieve the desired amplitude requirement.
2. Adjustment of the pneumatic part:
The governor is used to regulate the speed of the cylinder.
The air pressure adjustment knob is used to adjust the working air pressure.
3. Setting of welding time:
The welding time is usually controlled below 0.6 seconds. If it exceeds 1.5 seconds, it may be regarded as failed welding.
Adjustment of holding time:

4. Other adjustments:
