Ultrasonic nozzles work by converting high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy, which is transferred to the liquid to generate standing waves. The liquid is introduced into the atomization surface through the nozzle. When the liquid leaves the atomization surface of the nozzle, it is broken into a fine mist of uniform micron-sized droplets, thus achieving atomization.
The whole equipment has a simple and elegant structure and complete functions. It is developed for enterprises, universities and research institutes that are new to ultrasonic spraying equipment. It mainly includes XYZ three-axis precision motion module, with a comprehensive trajectory editing system, to achieve the spraying function of any two-dimensional plane graphics, such as rectangles, circles, triangles or curves.
