Ultrasonic welding tools, metal surface treatment equipment
Ultrasonic tinning machine is a device that uses ultrasonic vibration to treat metal surfaces. It uses ultrasound to produce cavitation effect in molten tin liquid, destroying and removing the oxide layer on the metal surface, so that the tin liquid can adhere to the metal surface more firmly and evenly, forming a corrosion-resistant tin layer. This equipment does not require the use of flux, can improve the weldability and ductility of the metal, and is suitable for the surface treatment needs of metal parts in the electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles and other industries.
Basic Principle
The working principle of ultrasonic tinning machine is to apply ultrasonic waves to tin liquid, generating high-frequency vibration and cavitation effect of more than 20,000 times per second. When the metal workpiece is immersed in tin liquid, the oxide layer on the surface of the workpiece will be peeled off and removed, and the air in the gap will be precipitated, so that the tin liquid will be more evenly and firmly attached to the surface of the metal workpiece. This process does not require the use of flux, which improves the weldability and ductility of the metal.
Application Field
Ultrasonic tinning machine is widely used in the surface treatment and welding of metal parts in the electronics, electrical, automotive, new energy and other industries. For example, it is often used for tinning or welding of wire harnesses, tabs, and sheets of silver, copper, nickel, aluminum, etc.
Structural Composition
The ultrasonic tinning machine is mainly composed of the main equipment (including ultrasonic vibration system, tin bath, electric heating temperature control device) and ultrasonic generator, foot switch and other components. The equipment can be used after connecting to 220V50Hz civil electricity.
