The ultrasonic atomization spray system may encounter the following problems during use:


‌Atomization cylinder failure‌: The atomization cylinder may have water seepage on the side of the piezoelectric chip, causing a short circuit between the positive and negative electrodes, or a layer of green-black electrolyte on the electrode, resulting in increased contact resistance and hindering the transmission of high-frequency electrical energy. Solutions include preventing water leakage and removing dirt on the electrode.


‌Protection switch failure‌: In order to prevent the transducer chip from vibrating and being damaged when there is no water, a float switch is set in the atomizer. If the float is of poor quality, it may sink to the bottom of the atomization cylinder, causing the oscillation circuit to stop vibrating, resulting in no atomization output. The treatment method includes draining the water in the float and sealing the leaking seam.


Power supply circuit failure‌: The power supply circuit may have abnormal voltage problems. In the electron tube atomizer, it is necessary to test whether the screen voltage of 600V or 750V and the gate voltage of about 300V are normal; in the transistor atomizer, it is necessary to test whether the DC power supply of about 40V is normal. If the power supply voltage is abnormal, it is necessary to check and replace the damaged components.


High frequency generator failure‌: The high frequency generator may fail, causing the oscillation circuit to stop oscillating. In transistor-type atomizers, the high-power oscillation tube may break down; in tube-type atomizers, the oscillation tube screen may oxidize. Treatment methods include replacing the broken oscillation tube or treating the oxide layer of the screen.


Poor atomization effect‌: The atomization effect may be affected by the viscosity and surface tension of the liquid. Liquids with high viscosity are difficult to form small droplets, and liquids with high surface tension are difficult to atomize. In addition, liquids with high solid content or large solid particles will also affect the atomization effect.‌.
