Working Principle
Piezoelectric effect: The piezoelectric ceramic inside the nozzle generates high-frequency vibration (60kHz) after being energized, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy.
Capillary wave formation: High-frequency vibration is transmitted to the surface of the liquid to form stable capillary waves.
Atomization process: Under the action of capillary waves, the liquid separates from the wave crest to form fine droplets (usually 1-10 microns in diameter)
