Description
Stop cutting your high-end products with scissors that leaves you frays. By using an Ultrasonic cutter, it will cut and seal your fabric in a professional way leaving clean and smooth edges.
Our ultrasonic fabric cutting machine does not require sharp blade or big pressure, and it will not cause breakage or harm to the edge. While cutting fabric, the blade carries ultrasonic vibration, so the cutting process faces less friction, and fabric to be cut will not stick on the blade. In the same time, untrasonic cutting will have fusing effect on the cutting area, and form a clean fabric edge.
Ultrasonic energy has found extensive use in cutting of textiles, woven sacks/plastic etc and their downstream processing. Many of these uses are based on the ability to use ultrasonic energy to induce heat and pressure by vibratory action.
