This machine is specially engineered for cutting all types of fabrics. Our cutting machine cut all fabrics with a superb edge seal, which prevents fraying. We integrate advanced technology in this Ultrasonic Fabric Cutter for its fully automated and precise operation.
Through ultrasonic high-frequency vibration, the fabric to be processed is first densely bonded, and the rear blade is followed by the dense pattern to synchronously slit or trim the fabric.
The whole of ultrasonic cutting edge banding machine is composed of ultrasonic generator (drive power) and ultrasonic host (cutting part).
