The principle of ultrasonic sewing machine is to transmit sound waves to the welding surface of the workpiece through high-frequency oscillation, instantly causing friction between the molecules of the workpiece and reaching the melting point of the plastic, thereby realizing the rapid dissolution and welding of solid materials. This welding method makes the strength of the joint close to that of a whole piece of continuous material, and can achieve complete sealing.
Working principle
The working principle of ultrasonic sewing machine mainly relies on the ultrasonic driving power supply to convert the mains electricity into high-frequency and high-voltage alternating current and transmit it to the ultrasonic transducer. The transducer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, that is, ultrasonic waves, so that it can stretch back and forth in the longitudinal direction. The frequency of this stretching movement is consistent with the frequency of the alternating current provided by the driving power supply, usually 35kHz. The stretching movement of the transducer amplifies the amplitude through the horn and converts it into radial vibration, which is transmitted to the welding head.
Structural composition
The basic structure of ultrasonic sewing machine includes ultrasonic vibration components and ultrasonic driving power supply. The vibration component generates energy through high-frequency vibration, so that the fabric is heated and melted during the welding process, thereby achieving seamless sewing. The design and operation of the welding head can be adjusted as needed. For example, replacing the pressure wheel can achieve different sewing effects.
Application fields
Ultrasonic sewing machines are widely used in sewing various materials, especially for welding thermoplastic fabrics, special tapes and films. Due to its characteristics of no need for needles and threads, fast welding speed, high strength and good sealing, ultrasonic sewing machines are widely used in clothing, packaging, automotive interiors and other fields.
