Description
We have more than 10 years of experience in welding technology. Having started with the welding production of personal protective equipment, we are now specialists in high-tech machine construction and ultrasonic welding components and software development with a huge application spectrum.
An ultrasonic rotary welding machine is a high-precision device designed to join materials, typically plastics or synthetic fabrics, using ultrasonic vibrations while employing a continuous rotary motion. This technology is often used in industries requiring seamless, strong, and efficient bonding, such as automotive, medical, and textile sectors.
Ultrasonic Vibrations:
The machine generates high-frequency ultrasonic waves (usually 20–40 kHz) via a transducer.
These vibrations are transferred to a horn (sonotrode) that contacts the fabric.
Heat Generation:
The ultrasonic vibrations cause rapid molecular friction in the synthetic fibers, generating localized heat that melts the material.
Seam Formation:
The fabric is pressed between the horn and a patterned roller or anvil.
As the materials pass through, the ultrasonic energy creates a strong, clean, and fused seam.
Textile Industry:
Seamless sewing of garments, such as lingerie, sportswear, or technical fabrics.
Hemming, cutting, and sealing fabrics for curtains, banners, and other home textiles.
Medical Industry:
Producing nonwoven items like surgical gowns, face masks, and disposable medical wear.
Packaging:
Sealing synthetic bags or pouches for food, electronics, and consumer goods.
Automotive:
Bonding or sealing interior components, such as seat covers or airbags.
No Thread or Needle:
Eliminates the need for consumables like thread, reducing costs and maintenance.
Fast and Efficient:
Processes materials quickly and seamlessly without requiring manual adjustments.
Clean and Precise:
Produces clean seams with no fraying, making it ideal for delicate or high-performance fabrics.
Eco-Friendly:
Reduces waste by eliminating the need for adhesives or other consumables.
Hygienic:
Suitable for medical and food packaging applications due to the clean bonding process.
Applications
Apply to lace clothing , ribbon , trim , filter , lacing and quilting , decoration products , handkerchief , tablecloth , curtain , bedspread , pillowcase , quily cover , tent , raincoat , disposable operating coat and hat , disposable mask , non-woven fabric bags and so on.
