RPS-SONIC
Ultrasonic metal melt processor, also known as ultrasonic metal crystallizer, is a large-wave equipment specially used in the metal casting industry. It mainly acts on the crystallization process of molten metal, can significantly refine metal grains, uniform alloy composition, accelerate bubble movement, and significantly improve the strength and hardness of metal materials.
Ultrasonic waves can be effectively propagated in media such as gas, liquid, solid, and solid solution, and have strong penetrating power. These inherent characteristics enable them to transmit powerful energy when propagating in liquid media, produce strong impact and cavitation at the interface under the same amplitude conditions, and produce swimming, interference, superposition and resonance like sound waves.
