Ultrasonic detergent degassing equipment is a professional equipment that uses ultrasonic technology to remove dissolved air or bubbles in detergent. It is mainly used to improve the purity, stability and cleaning effect of detergent.
Ultrasonic cavitation effect (core mechanism)
High-frequency vibration: The ultrasonic generator generates a high-frequency electrical signal (usually 20kHz~40kHz), which is converted into mechanical vibration through the transducer and transmitted to the liquid.
Cavitation bubble formation: High-frequency vibration forms alternating compression and rarefaction areas in the liquid, resulting in drastic changes in local pressure. In the rarefaction stage, tiny vacuum cavities (cavitation bubbles) are generated inside the liquid.
Bubble collapse and gas release:
These cavitation bubbles collapse instantly (microseconds) during the compression stage, generating strong local shock waves and microjets.
During the collapse process, the gas originally dissolved in the bubble is released to the outside of the liquid (escaping the liquid surface).
At the same time, the shock wave destroys the existing bubble clusters in the liquid, causing them to aggregate and float up and be removed.
