Working principle
The working principle of ultrasonic plastic welding machine is based on the principle of high-frequency vibration heat generation. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of plastics, the heat cannot be dissipated in time for a while, and it gathers in the welding area, causing the contact surface of the two plastics to melt rapidly. At this time, a certain pressure is applied to fuse them into one, forming a strong molecular chain, thereby achieving the purpose of welding. The welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw materials.
