The ultrasonic plastic cutter vibrates 30,000 times per second (30 kHz) with a maximum output power of 300W. Due to this movement, the ultrasonic cutter can easily cut resins, rubbers, non-woven fabrics and composite materials. The cutter uses a 1mm thick wear-resistant carbide blade, and the blade can be replaced by the user, which increases the life of the cutter and reduces the cost of use. In addition to excellent maintainability, our products are also environmentally friendly because they basically do not emit any debris, wastewater, noise or smoke.
Ultrasonic cutters have been widely used in the textile and food industries in recent years. Ultrasonic cutting systems can accurately cut textiles, rubber, thermoplastic films, knitted and non-knitted materials and various foods. These include both handheld devices and various systems integrated into automated machines. The advantages of ultrasonic vibration knives are: precise cutting, pressure-free cutting (to avoid deformation of soft cut objects, such as cakes), welding while cutting the edges of specific materials, fast cutting speed and significantly reduced cleaning costs.
Advantages of Ultrasonic Plastic Cutting:
1. Pressure-free cutting, preventing deformation of the cut item
2. No heat generated in the product - molds remain cold
3. High quality cutting, layers do not mix or break
4. Greatly reduced "ploughing" effect on materials compared to mechanical cutters
5. Edge sealing for non-woven and textile cutting, avoiding burrs
6. Sturdy one-piece tool head blade construction virtually eliminates breakage and energy loss
7. A large selection of standard carbide cutting blades for applications of all shapes and sizes
8. Ultrasonic cutting is cleaner than conventional cutters, with minimal debris and no adhesion to the cut item
9. Ultrasonic cutting saves space and minimizes outgassing, resulting in improved cutting accuracy
10. Ultrasonic cutting tool heads have replaceable carbide cutting blades for extended tool life
