The principle of ultrasonic welding machine is that the generator generates 20KHz (or 15KHz) high-voltage and high-frequency signals, and converts the signals into high-frequency mechanical vibrations through the transducer system, which are applied to the plastic product workpiece. The temperature transmitted to the interface is increased through the friction between the surface of the workpiece and the molecules. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece itself, the workpiece interface melts rapidly, and then fills the gap between the interfaces. When the vibration stops, the workpiece cools and shapes under a certain pressure at the same time, and the welding purpose is achieved. The ultrasonic welding machine transmits ultrasonic energy to the welding area through the upper weldment. Since the acoustic resistance of the welding area, that is, the interface between the two welds, is large, local high temperature will be generated. Because the thermal conductivity of plastic is poor, it cannot be dissipated in time for a while, and it gathers in the welding area, causing the contact surface of the two plastics to melt rapidly. After a certain pressure is applied, it is fused into one. When the ultrasonic wave stops working, the pressure is allowed to continue, and there is a little holding time to solidify it, so that a strong molecular chain is formed to achieve the purpose of welding, and the welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw material itself. Ultrasonic welding machines can be divided into automatic welding machines, semi-automatic ultrasonic welding machines, and manual welding machines according to the level of automation. For modern enterprises, the higher the level of automation, the more conducive it is to the production line of the enterprise, so the use of automatic welding machines is a trend in the future of enterprises.
