1. Ultrasonic processing is an efficient way to cut, slice, divert, align or transfer a variety of products.
It involves a vibrating blade producing a nearly frictionless surface with the influence of ultrasonic which does
not deform products and to which they do not stick. The vibrating frictionless blade cuts or slits products
cleanly such as nuts, raisins, dried fruit or chocolate morsels without displacement or plowing.

smoothly without deformation.The cutting blade is made of titanium (or the material according to your requir

It is based on a simple principle: the vibrating blade edge (sonotrode) is programmed with an amplitude (30 to 100 µ) and a frequency (20 or 30 kHz) that are defined as needed. Creates an acceleration greater than 105 g that allows, with the help of a press that goes up and down, to cut the food.
The advantages of ultrasonic cutting are:
- Clean penetration, without burr and without compression of the product.
- Allows you to work with soft, sticky or easily crumbling products.
- Automatic cleaning of the blade.
- No damage to the different layers caused by remains adhered to the flank of the blade.
