Description
Ultrasonic Flow Cell Homogenizer is a device that uses ultrasonic technology to homogenize liquids. It is widely used in laboratory research, chemical industry, food, medicine, environment and biotechnology. It destroys particles, cells or molecular structures in liquids through the cavitation effect and shear force of ultrasound to achieve homogenization, dispersion, extraction, emulsification and other functions.
Working Principle
Ultrasonic generation: The ultrasonic transducer in the device converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations (usually 20-40kHz).
Cavitation effect: Ultrasonic waves generate tiny bubbles in the liquid. When the bubbles expand and collapse, they release a large amount of energy, generating high temperature, high pressure and strong shear force.
Homogenization and dispersion: These strong effects break the particles, cell walls or aggregates in the liquid to achieve homogenization or dispersion.
Main features
Flow cell design:
The ultrasonic probe or transducer of the flow cell homogenizer is usually immersed in the liquid, and the liquid circulates in the flow cell, which enhances the effect of the ultrasound.
This design is suitable for processing large volume samples (such as hundreds of milliliters to several liters) and is suitable for continuous production or high-throughput experiments.
High efficiency:
The high-frequency ultrasound can break the aggregation structure of molecules or particles in a short time to achieve efficient homogenization, dispersion or extraction.
Adjustable parameters:
The frequency, power and processing time can be adjusted according to different processing requirements to achieve the best processing effect.
Temperature control system:
Equipped with a temperature control system, it can avoid excessive heat generated by ultrasound and protect temperature-sensitive components from being destroyed.
