The cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves provides the possibility to degrade harmful organic matter in water, thereby realizing the purpose of ultrasonic sewage treatment. In the process of sewage treatment, the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves has a strong ability to degrade organic matter, and the degradation rate is very fast. The high energy generated by the collapse of ultrasonic cavitation bubbles is enough to break chemical bonds, and the collapse of cavitation bubbles produces hydroxyl radicals ( OH) and hydrogen radicals (H) react with organic matter in an oxidation reaction, which can convert harmful organic matter in the water into CO2, H2O, inorganic ions or organic matter that is less toxic and easier to degrade than the original organic matter. At the same time, the bursting of bubbles enhances the purification of wastewater. Therefore, organic pollutants that are difficult to biodegrade in traditional sewage treatment can be degraded through the cavitation of ultrasonic waves.

With the acceleration of industrialization and population growth, sewage treatment has become a global environmental protection problem. Traditional sewage treatment methods have problems such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, and high treatment costs. As an emerging sewage treatment method, ultrasonic oxidation sewage treatment technology has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental protection, and has received widespread attention and research.

Principle:

Based on the concept of improving the utilization rate of water resources, ultrasonic technology is used in sewage treatment to improve the utilization rate of sewage. Ultrasonic technology is used to reuse wastewater discharged from industry and production. Ultrasound is an elastic wave with a frequency generally greater than 16kHz. Ultrasonic waves can usually be used for cleaning, emulsification and chemical applications. Ultrasonic waves are currently introduced in many industries to deal with related problems. Therefore, ultrasonic technology has a wide range of uses and has great development. potential. The use of ultrasonic waves in sewage treatment is mainly due to the frequency advantage of ultrasonic waves. Its frequency will cause the liquid material to undergo qualitative changes after passing through the liquid material, thereby causing a chemical reaction; when the frequency of the ultrasonic wave reaches a higher At a certain level, the constituent molecules in the liquid within the loose half-period will be separated, making it easy for cavitation nuclei to appear. The appearance period of cavitation nuclei is short, but the energy generated by its explosion is very huge. This energy includes 4000K The high temperature, 100Mpa high-pressure environment and the most important micro-jet are three parts. The area where the cavitation nuclei are active is called ultrasonic cavitation. Ultrasonic cavitation will drive the dissolution of organic molecules and produce chemical reactions such as free radicals, which is beneficial to The evolutionary treatment of sewage improves the efficiency of sewage treatment and drives the utilization of water resources to increase.

Method:

1. Ultrasonic pretreatment: The sewage to be treated is pretreated through an ultrasonic device, which mainly uses the mechanical action of ultrasonic waves to break and disperse the organic molecules in the sewage, increase its surface area, and provide conditions for subsequent oxidation reactions;

2. Oxidation reaction: Inject the sewage pretreated by ultrasonic waves into the oxidation reactor. By adding oxygen or oxidant, the chemical action of ultrasonic waves is used to oxidize and decompose the organic matter in the sewage. During the oxidation reaction, the frequency, power and processing time of the ultrasonic wave can be adjusted as needed to achieve the best processing effect;

3. Precipitation and filtration: Some sediments will be generated in the sewage after the oxidation reaction, which can be separated through precipitation and filtering. Sediment can be further processed or disposed of to reduce environmental impact;

4. Disinfection treatment: Disinfect the treated sewage to kill residual microorganisms and ensure that the treated sewage meets the discharge standards.

Advantage:

1. High efficiency: The mechanical and chemical effects of ultrasonic waves can accelerate the oxidation and decomposition process of organic matter in sewage and improve treatment efficiency;

2. Low energy consumption: Compared with traditional oxidation methods, ultrasonic oxidation sewage treatment methods have lower energy consumption and save energy;

3. Environmental protection: Ultrasonic oxidation sewage treatment method does not require the addition of a large amount of chemicals, reducing environmental pollution;

4. Flexibility: The ultrasonic oxidation sewage treatment method can be adjusted according to different sewage characteristics and treatment needs, and has greater flexibility.
