Description
Ultrasonic nonwoven cotton felt fabric cutting machine can be mounted on a loom and a stand and offers the possibility to cut the fabric in one step. This structure is used for both ultrasonic edge cutting or middle cutting of synthetic fabrics. The production speed may vary depending on the details of the synthetic fibers, such as thickness and composition. This ultrasonic fabric cutting equipment consists of a clamping component that can be easily attached to a pre-existing machine, the system consists of the following components 40kH transducer, ultrasonic generator, pneumatic cylinder and cutting head component.
