The working principle of the ultrasonic impact gun is to convert the mains electricity into high-frequency and high-voltage alternating current through a high-power ultrasonic driving power supply, and then transmit it to the ultrasonic transducer. The transducer converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, namely ultrasonic waves, which manifests as longitudinal reciprocating telescopic motion. The horn amplifies the output amplitude of the transducer and drives the impact needle to impact the metal surface at a frequency of more than 20,000 times per second.
